Leading lines in a line that leads you visually to an object or that leads into the distance creating depth -lines in an image that lead you to another part-. In this photo the windows lead all the way down to the other side of the building. Rule of thirds is focal point to the side. In this Photo the man is the focal point but he's over to the side.
